CONNECTED is a 3-month mental and emotional wellbeing support program for women who are ready to dive deeper into the honest conversations they need to have with themselves to unpack their inner workings and unveil their true desires for their relationship they have with themselves and the ones they build with those around them. It’s for the women who want to feel genuinely supported, understood, heard, and seen and who want to build their own toolkit of internal resources that will allow them to step forth with confidence, self-assurance and an unwavering knowledge of who they are and what they stand for.

This program is for you if you are:

  • Moving through the emotions of anxiety, loneliness, sadness, confusion and overwhelm more often than you used to or would like to.
  • Finding yourself adapting like a chameleon all the time but usually it’s on someone else’s agenda, and you need help to put some boundaries in place.
  • Experiencing disruptive patterns in your relationships and conflicts with those around you and feel like something is holding you back from being your best authentic self.

And you’re ready to:

  • Get clear on your desires and develop the ability to soften, to open up a little more and be willing to receive in new ways.
  • Feel at peace within yourself and live each day in flow. Living a life aligned with the values you hold at your core and do more of the things that make you happy
  • Gain clarity on what your non-negotiables are, have the confidence to communicate those in a healthy way so that you don’t abandon yourself for your external relationships at the sacrifice of the relationship you have with yourself.

I'm so pleased that you’re here Beautiful Mama.

Before I became a coach, I lived through the disappointment and grief of 7 x unsuccessful IVF treatments, which led to a heartbreaking and unexpected divorce of my first marriage followed by all the challenges that accompanied those major life upheavals and reality slaps.

I found myself about to turn 40 with no husband, no baby and feeling like I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up, due to everything I’d put on hold, including my work aspirations, on my own quest to become a Mum.

Clearly, there were parts of my life that I hadn’t paid enough attention to, aspects that I had let slip beneath the surface and slowly fade away from where I had first set out. I found myself in a place where the authentically aligned side of myself had someone been swept under the carpet of “getting on with things” and navigating the tough stuff.

When I came back out the other side, re-surfaced with fresh air in my lungs again, I recognised through my own personal experiences, the need for more empathy and support in our community for women going through their own challenges and I knew this was the space where I wanted to help.

Between my own “world-crumble” to “restored” phase, I had invested some much needed and long overdue time in “me”, to heal past traumas, to release judgment and fear, to let go of any of the internal elements that I felt were holding me back from living the life that I truly desired.

Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t always easy, but it was worth it. I remember being in the thick of my 1st marriage separation in Perth, sinking slowly beneath the mud of emotional turmoil, confusion and anxiety that came with the demise of my 13-year relationship. This on top of the 7 x non-viable IVFs and I was losing myself, slowly slipping down beneath the surface into the murkiness.

I made a decision that day to choose me, to honour what I needed, and I answered the call of my own deep knowing to do something to save myself. In a spur of the moment decision, I jumped on a plane 2 days later to Bali, to escape my reality for a few days and rescue myself before I disappeared completely.

In my villa, high on the cliff in Uluwatu, for 3 days, I slept, I ate when I woke, I read, I slept some more, I had massages, I swam, and I slowly found myself again.

I had created space away from the white noise of my messy life to restore the daily and weekly rituals that helped me feel connected to myself and the world around me.

I no longer felt lost, overwhelmed, crippled by fear and swirling thoughts in my head. I felt grounded, strong, peaceful, and ready to step forward with boundaries in place that aligned to my innermost values.

I now coach and mentor other women to help make their path a less bumpy one, feeling more supported, less alone, and more connected. I know the importance of getting in touch with who you are at your core first before you even try to understand someone else and what drives them.

Life is destined to present reality slaps along the way, some of which will no doubt be out of your control. But with the right kind of support around you, you can build a strong foundation, a fierce inner knowing that is unshakeable so that in the face of challenges, you can thrive, regardless of the outcome.

My life took a completely different route than the one I originally mapped out for myself years ago, and I could not have predicted just how rocky that road was going to be to arrive here, including another 4 x IVFs under my belt. Yet now, here I am at 48, re-married, running my own business, and with our beautiful little girl, Zoe, who is now 4 years old, keeping us on our toes and lighting up our world.

I am deeply grateful for this life, the connection I have built with myself, my husband, my daughter, and others. My relationships feel aligned and peaceful.

What I have learned is this:

  • There is an ease, an acceptance and a peace that comes from within when you know yourself and your place in the world.
  • It’s how I got here. Let’s help you do that too.
  • Through my own journey and many hard knock lessons, I learned coping strategies the hard way, but you don’t have to.

CONNECTED PROGRAM

How it works

Over the next 3 months you’ll have sacred, confidential sessions and a safe place to land when you need it most; me as your support person, your empathic ear and shoulder to lean on.

I’ll also be helping you to gain clarity around the things that make you tick, your mental models, your limiting beliefs, and deeply ingrained programs that you may have carried around since childhood. Together we will create some beautiful foundations in what I like to call your Relationships Mental Health First Aid Kit to support you in this period of growth and beyond. You will feel empowered with a strong sense of self that will carry you forward to live more authentically and happily in your relationships with others, in your relationship with yourself which will filter out into all areas of your life.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

A pre-coaching questionnaire

These materials are sent via email prior to your first session. They will set the important foundations for our sessions together.

12 x Weekly Coaching sessions

Each session will occur weekly by either phone or zoom video call. Empathic mentoring and coaching support where we will work together.

Email access to me. Perfect for those times when you need some extra support or think of something you would like to run past me in between sessions.

 

DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER you will:

Develop your internal resources so that you can navigate challenges, develop emotional stability, resilience, and wellbeing.

Example topics we’ll cover together to develop your internal resources include:

  • Gain clarity around what your core values are and how you can use these as an anchor in your life to feel centred, empowered and make easier and better decisions based on what aligns with the things that matter the most to you.
  • Learn how to connect with yourself more deeply, equipped with the tools to help you navigate and cope with whatever lies ahead in life, including any big “reality slaps”.
  • Feel confident about stepping into the unknown, trusting that you will know how to thrive.
  • Learn positive strategies to cope with anxieties, fears, overwhelm, inertia, procrastination etc that can crop up when we are feeling disconnected.
  • Learn positive ways to communicate, to lead with empathy, to be more open and curious and truly seek to understand both yourself and others.
  • Develop daily and weekly rituals that become a natural part of your existence so that you can embody a life that is full of meaningful relationships based on trust and understanding.

So that at the end of 3 months you feel self-assured and connected whatever life presents.

Losing yourself, whether that is in a relationship with someone else or simply within the relationship you have with yourself, can feel like you’re lost at sea, unsure of which way is up, confused by the options that present themselves and unsure about the direction of the path laid out ahead of you.

Being presented with options can suddenly cloud your mind and feel overwhelming, rather than you being able to embrace the opportunities with open arms. It can wreak havoc on your happiness, your focus, your self-esteem, and forward momentum to living a fulfilled life that truly lights you up.

I know this feeling all too well. I have been there before. I grew up being very easy going and adaptable, which it turns out, translated into being a bit of a people pleaser in some situations, my own desires playing second fiddle. And not really through anyone else’s fault but my own, my complacency for not rocking the boat or being phased either way, lead me to a place where I lost a part of myself.

I didn’t even recognise or realise that this had happened until a few reality slaps of my own gave reason to pause, to reflect, to dive deeper and ask myself the big life questions that I hadn’t given the space to before.

If you have never stopped to enquire deeper within yourself, you are not alone.

As humans, we are complex beings and as my hubby says we like to think that we are rational beings who sometimes act emotionally, but the reality is that we are emotional beings who sometimes act rationally.

We have a lot to learn. I consider myself an eternal student. The beauty of it is that we never have to stop learning if we don’t want to. We can discover new parts of ourselves all the time and evolve as often as we like.

I believe no woman should ever feel like they are disconnected from themselves or from others. I am always inspired to be working with the women around me and supporting them to unpack, to grow and to live a life that brings them more joy, greater depth, and more authentic connection.
